Read these instructions carefully before you use your PANTRY for the first time, and keep them for future reference. Be sure to follow
the manufacturer's recommendations so that your equipment will function properly and safely over many years. All the materials used,
such as electric hot plates, wiring, control switches etc comply with international specifications and carry the respective suitability
markings.
01. WORKING PARTS
1. The sink unit is stainless steel (Cr-Ni 18/10) and has a basin at one end, on the left or right side (1). Between the basin and the electric
hot plates are grooves sloping towards the basin to drain off water (2).
2. At the other end of the sink unit are two (2) 1500W electric hot plates with thermostats (3). The plates are either both the same size
(∅145mm) or of different sizes (∅145mm / ∅180mm). The plate with a red dot in the centre is fast heating (4). The thermostats protect
the plates against overheating, for maximum safety and energy saving. The electric hot plate controls have 7 operating positions, in-
cluding the zero marking (0) that indicates that the switch is in the off position and that there is no supply of electricity to the plate (5).
The controls may be turned in both directions. The control for the larger plate has a large circle beside it, whilst there is a smaller circle
for the small plate. When the red bulb in the indicator light is on, it means that a hot plate is being supplied with electric current (6).
02. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please check the appliance before installation for any damages that may have occurred during transportation.
All you need to connect your PANTRY is a safety socket with a 16A fuse and 2.5mm
If you are using an extension cord, be sure it is a 3 / 2.5mm
Do not cut the wiring in the socket and do not connect the appliance permanently.
The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is readily accessible.
If you plug electrical appliances into sockets near the hot plates, make sure that their flexes do not touch the elements when they are hot.
The appliance should not be built into a cabinet, so that it can be removed for repairs if necessary.
Make sure there is enough air space.
Be careful to remove all packing materials (Styrofoam, cardboard, tape, etc.) from the appliance before using.
Do not run any other appliance (e.g. refrigerator) off the same line that supplies your PANTRY hot plate unit.
The PANTRY unit is installed by using 4 wood screws located at pre-set points and securing the unit to the work top space with the
help of the special "keys" on the under side of the equipment. The distance between the centre-points of key to key is 43.4cm (see
Figure Α).

STEP 1: Insert two screws on either side of the worktop (4 in total).
The first screw should be placed at a distance of 5.9cm from the
edge of the worktop and the second 43.4cm from the first (see
Figure Β). Insert the remaining two screws on the opposite side
in exactly the same way.
STEP 2: Position the PANTRY, making sure that the apertures of
the «keys» are centred over the 4 screws.
STEP 3: Finally, shove the PANTRY firmly backwards. In its final
position, the PANTRY should project from the front edge by
about 7mm, to ensure proper drainage, and the back should be
flush with the wall. For proper cooking, you should make sure
that the appliance has been correctly installed in a flat position.
STEP 4: Fit the plug for the electric hot plates into a 220-230V and
16A fuse schuko socket.
