In case the machine didn't not work properly, you should address to an authorised seller or
distributor, so it can be repaired.
Note: Within the warranty period it is strictly forbidden the reparation, manipulation or
modification in machines by the user or any unauthorised person. In case it happens,
warranty will expire immediately.
Even there's little maintenance in these kind of machines, there are some recommendations
you should follow.
Micromotor:
a) Keep the machine's environment clean.
b) Clean the dust off the machine with a rag moistened in alcohol, never in water.
c) Before storing away the machine, just remove the collet chuck as explained in point 6 in
the previous page. You should dust off with a brush both the collet chuck and the pieces
that remain uncovered.
d) It's also advisable to grease the inner part from the opening system, once cleaned the
collet chuck as we saw in the point above. First, you must grease the chuck clamping
system. Then, just holding the micromotor upright, proceed to grease it with 3 or 4 drops
of SAE 10 oil or similar within the shaft. You should try that oil comes inside the machine.
You should repeat this process approximately every 50 working hours.
Microhammer:
a) Keep the machine's environment clean.
b) Clean the dust off the hand piece with a rag moistened in alcohol, never in water.
c) Tighten the point periodically.
