Note: The above features are only applicable if the telemetry receiver or dome supports them.
LCD Display
The remote keyboard has an LCD display which displays the unit name, date, time,
and unit number.
Changing the contrast of the LCD display
It is possible to change the contrast of the LCD display, to change the contrast:
1.
Tap the UNIT SELECT key.
Tap the ñ or ò keys to increase or decrease the contrast from 1 to 15
2.
(default setting is 8)
3.
Tap the UNIT SELECT key again to go back to normal operation.
Recalibrating the joystick
The joystick is auto-calibrated when power is applied, if a selected telemetry
camera drifts when the joystick is centred, disconnect and reconnect the keyboard
cable.
Changing the Keyboard number
It may be necessary to change the keyboard number if you have multiple
keyboards on a site. To change the keyboard number:
1.
Connect the keyboard to the 485-bus port whilst holding down the UNIT
SELECT key.
2.
Press a camera key to set the keyboard to that keyboard number.
3.
The keyboard number is now configured.
