BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
If you use the kettle for the first time, it is recommended to clean it before use, bringing the maximum to the
boiling point water capacity twice and then discard the water.
OPERATION
1. To fill the kettle, remove it from the power base and open the lid by gently pulling on the release button.
Then fill with the desired amount of water and close the lid. The water level must be between the maximum
(1.7L) and minimum (0.5L) levels. Too little water will cause the kettle to shut down before reaching the
boiling temperature.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT fill the kettle above the maximum level, water could leak
from the
spout when boiling. Make sure that the cover is firmly locked before connecting the
appliance to the power supply.
2. Close the lid. Place the kettle on the power base. Make sure that the kettle is correctly positioned on the
base.
3. Connect the plug into the wall socket. Turn the operating switch to I and the operating LED light will turn
on.
4. Once the boiling temperature is reached, the water will start to boil, the LED light and the appliance will
automatically turn off. It is possible to turn off the kettle by turning the switch to 0 at any time during the
boiling of the water.
PLEASE NOTE: make sure that the switch is free of any obstacles and that the cover
is tightly closed.
The kettle will not turn on if the switch is blocked or if the lid is open.
5. Lift the kettle from the power base and pour the water into the desired container.
PLEASE NOTE: Be careful when pouring water from the kettle, boiling water can
cause burns.
Also, do not open the lid until the water inside is hot.
6. The water inside the boiler can be brought to the boil again by turning the operating switch back to I.
The kettle can be placed on the power base when not in use.
PLEASE NOTE: Always unplug the plug from the socket when not in use
VACUUM BOILING PROTECTION
If you mistakenly leave the boiler running without water, the safety protection will automatically switch off the
appliance.
If this happens, allow the kettle to cool down before filling it with cold water and before putting it back into
operation.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
• Do not use gasoline, abrasive powders, solvents or other toxic products.
• Never immerse the kettle, power cord or base in water, or let parts come in contact with moisture.
Remove limescale deposits
