Tamper protection
After the product turned on and connected to
power, it will automatically activate a tamper
protection after 1 minute, please take this in
consideration when installing the product to avoid
activating the alarm. Any attempt to move the
product will activate the alarm (both LED and
sound) for 3 minutes. To stop the alarm you have
to use the app. The tamper protection alarm's
duration and volume is not adjustable.
LEDs
Red LED flashes quickly = Alarm signal.
Red LED flashes slowly = No network connection.
Red LED flashes twice = Confirmation of being
set to muted.
Blue LED flashes quickly = Low battery.
Blue LED flashes slowly = Disconnected power
adapter/no power from USB. The product is using
backup battery.
Volume
To adjust the volume, you can either use the app,
or press the button. Each press adjusts the
volume one level. There are 4 levels: Muted
sound, low, middle and high. When it is set to
muted, the red LED will flash twice to confirm.
Volume is not adjustable during an alarm.
Mounting
Turn the bracket anti-clockwise to remove it.
Attach the bracket to the wall with either screws
or the 3M sticker.
Turn the device on.
