Congratulations on the purchase of your new reer humidifier. The humidifier consists of an ultrasonic
humidification module with a built-in snooze light and a remote control. We're confident you'll enjoy the
quality of our product for many years to come. Please take a few minutes to read through the safety
instructions carefully. You will only be able to use the reer humidifier without hesitation if all of the points
mentioned here have been checked. Please keep the instruction manual in a safe place for future reference.

General safety instructions
! Check the unit for visible damage before each use. If you detect any damage, do not use the unit.
! Make sure that the operating voltage of the power outlet matches that of the mains adapter. Check,
particularly on a trip abroad, whether the local mains electricity corresponds with the voltage specified on
the devices or the mains adapters.
! With the exception of the water tank lid, the device must not be opened up, as this may lead to electric
shocks. If the device malfunctions, please do NOT try to fix the problem yourself. Please contact your dealer
in this case.
! This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with the device.
! Keep the device and its power cable away from children under 8.
! This device is suitable for use by children over 8 and people with restricted physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or with very little experience and knowledge, provided that they are supervised or have been
instructed about the safe use of the device and have understood the associated dangers.
! Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by children under 8 or without supervision.
! Disconnection from the mains supply is only guaranteed if the mains adapter is removed from the socket.
! The bulb in the snooze lamp is not replaceable; when the bulb has reached its end of life, it cannot be
replaced.
! The humidifier must be emptied, cleaned and dried before storage. The humidifier must be cleaned again
before the next use.
! No water may be left in the storage tank while the device is not in use. Disconnect the device from the
power when not in use.
! Warning: Micro-organisms that may be in the water or in the environment where the device is used or
stored can grow in the water tank and be blown into the air. It can therefore lead to serious health risks if
the water is not refilled and the water tank is not properly cleaned every 3 days.
! Please use the item only for its intended purpose.
! The product is for personal indoor use only and is not intended for commercial operation.
! Only use the device in an upright position.
! Avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight.
! Caution: Note that high humidity can promote the growth of biological organisms in the environment.
! Make sure that the air intake and outlet are not covered. Therefore, do not place any objects on and/or in
front of the device.
! Please note that the environment surrounding the humidifier must not become damp or wet. If moisture
occurs, reduce the output of the humidifier. Make sure that no absorbent goods such as carpeting, curtains,
drapes or tablecloths become damp.
! Please use a properly connected socket for the device. If it is not properly connected, the device's plug will
get hot.
Before first use
Connect the reer humidifier with the mains cable. Open the water tank lid and fill sufficient tap water into
the water tank. When doing so, make sure that no water gets into the covered air outlet inside the water
tank and that the amount filled in does not exceed the maximum filling level. The humidifier can only be
switched on if there is sufficient water in the water tank.

Cleaning and maintenance
! The tank must be cleaned and refilled with new water every 3 days at the latest.
! Always unplug the power supply from the mains socket before cleaning the unit.
! Only use a slightly damp cloth.
! Do not submerge the device in water.
! Do not use chemical cleaning agents.
! Caution: Repairs to the device must be carried out by skilled personnel only.

On /Off
ON/OFF:
Switches the humidifier on and off.
Humidifier / Fogmeter:
You can choose between 4 intensity levels (0/1/2/3) of the humidifier. Humidification is
deactivated at level 0.
Humidity / Constant humidity:
With this function, a desired humidity can be set in the room in 5% steps (40% - 90%). The
humidifier switches off automatically as soon as this humidity is reached. If the humidity falls
below the set value, the humidifier switches on again automatically.
Timer:
The timer can be set to 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. If none of the timer icons is lit, the humidifier is in
continuous operation.
Night light:
The night light with colour change can be switched on and off on the remote control via this
button. The night light can be switched on and off directly on the device by pressing and holding
the timer button.
Snooze mode:
In snooze mode, the LED display on the unit is switched off, but the other functions remain

active. You can switch this mode on and off with this button on the remote control. Snooze
mode can be activated and deactivated directly on the device by pressing and holding the
On/Off button.
At the end of its useful life, this product must not be disposed of with normal household
waste. Owners of old devices have a duty to hand them in to a collection point for the
recycling of electronic devices. Please contact your local council to find out more about an
appropriate disposal centre. It may be possible to hand in small devices with a maximum edge
