Warranty Conditions
The Winia warranty will be honored only by Winia's network of Official Technical Services and covers
free-of-charge repair of the original defects and damages caused by those defects.
The duration of the legal warranty period will be determined by the current consumer goods warranty
regulations in force, which do not affect the consumer's rights.
The valid warranty document is the correct purchase invoice or delivery note.
This warranty shall not be valid under the following circumstances:
Damage caused by transportation or handling of the equipment.
Faults caused by incorrect power supply, such as mains fluctuations, external feeders, or
inadequate water pressure, or other external sources.
Claims unrelated to the product, such as incorrect installations, changes in the direction of
refrigerator doors, invalid locations for the equipment, faulty electrical connections (e.g., mains
socket), etc.
If the product has been manipulated by an unauthorized person or service.
If the product does not have a serial number, or if the serial number has been erased, altered, or
removed.
If the product does not have the correct purchase invoice or properly completed delivery
document.
Additional costs arising from lack of accessibility to the device for repair or replacement.
Defects in paint, silkscreen, or rust caused by the chemical effects of water or other substances.
Wear or breakage of materials due to normal use of the device, such as rubber, glass, plastics,
belts, gaskets, seals, light bulbs, filters, handles, etc.
Appliances intended for professional or non-domestic use, installed in industrial, commercial, or
public premises.
Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions specified in the user's manual.
Breakdowns due to incorrect use or lack of maintenance.
