WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This appliance is covered by a commercial warranty of 1 year from the date of sale, against all
manufacturing defects, including labour and spare parts. In order to prove the date of purchase,
it will be compulsory to present the invoice or purchase receipt. The conditions of this warranty
apply only to Spain and Portugal. If you have purchased this product in another country, please
consult your dealer for the applicable conditions.
This appliance is suitable exclusively for the display and/or freezing of food products in the retail
trade. Its commercial use includes, for example, use in restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals and in
commercial businesses such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc. The appliance is intended
for use in enclosed spaces. Any other use is not permitted.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
1. Use of the device in potentially explosive areas, open areas or areas exposed to splashes or
moisture.
2. Storage and refrigeration of medicinal products, blood plasma, laboratory preparations or
similar substances and products on which Directive 2007/47/EC on medical devices is based.
3. Damage to drain inlet rubbers, door seals and gaskets, weatherstripping.
4. Damage to enamels, paints, nickel plating, chrome plating, rust or other aesthetic parts or
components that do not affect the internal functioning of the appliance.
5. Damage to wear parts due to use, corrosion or oxidation, whether caused by normal use of
the appliance or accelerated deterioration due to unfavourable environmental or climatic
circumstances.
6. Damage to fragile parts of glass, glass ceramic glass, plastics, handles, baskets, doors or light
bulbs when their failure or breakage is not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
7. Breakdowns produced by fortuitous causes or force majeure accidents, or as a consequence
of an abnormal, negligent or inadequate use of the appliance.
8. Civil liabilities of any nature.
9. Consequential damage to the appliance provided that this has not been caused by an
internal operating fault.
10.Maintenance or upkeep of the appliance: periodic checks, adjustments and lubrication.
11. Breakdowns that may occur to accessories and complements, adapters, external cables,
bags, loose spare parts of all types, lamps, as well as any part considered consumable by the
manufacturer.
12. The freezing appliances are not suitable for the display or removal of foodstuffs by
customers.
13. Breakdowns caused by incorrect or non-legal installation, inadequate ventilation, lack of
earthing in the electrical installation, current alterations, inappropriate modifications or the
use of non-original spare parts.
14.Electrical appliances with illegible or altered serial numbers.
15. Defects or breakdowns produced as a result of repairs, modifications or disassembly of the
installation of the appliance by the user or by a technician not authorised by the
manufacturer, or as a result of manifest non-compliance with the manufacturer's instruc-
tions for use and maintenance.
16. Breakdowns that have their origin or are a direct or indirect consequence of: contact with
liquids, chemical products and other substances, as well as conditions derived from the
climate or the environment: earthquakes, fires, floods, excessive heat or any other external
force, such as insects, rodents and other animals that may have access to the inside of the
machine or its connection points.
17. Damage derived from terrorism, riot, uprising or popular tumult, demonstrations and legal
or illegal strikes; acts of the Armed Forces or State Security Forces in times of peace; armed
conflicts and acts of war (declared or not); nuclear reaction or radiation or radioactive
contamination; defect or defect of the goods; events classified by the National Government
as a "national catastrophe or calamity".
