First steps:
Make sure your ISP is accepting hardware changes and will automatically assign an IP address.
Connect your ISP cable to the first Ethernet port.
Connect your PC to the Ethernet2 port.
Set your computer IP configuration to automatic (DHCP).
Open
https://192.168.88.1
user name: admin (or, for some models, check user and wireless passwords on the sticker).
To find the device if the IP is not available for example "CRS" models, download Winbox from our
webpage and use it to connect through MAC address.
Update RouterOS software to the latest version, make sure that the device has an internet connection.
If the device does not have an internet connection update software by downloading the latest version
from our webpage and uploading it to the Winbox, Files menu, and rebooting the device.
Choose your country, apply country regulation settings and set up your password.
For "RBM11G, RBM33G" models install your desired modem into miniPCIe slot and then connect to
the first Ethernet port with MAC Winbox.
To access the Model 260GS, which operates on the SwOS operating system, you need to set your
computer's IP address to 192.168.88.2 and use a web browser.
