Note. You can add phone numbers to the phonebook and assign 3 SOS-numbers for
emergency calls from the bracelet only in the app. Only contacts saved in your
phonebook (no more than 10) will be able to make a call on the bracelet.

OPERATION
Outgoing calls (fig. A). From the bracelet, you can quickly call one of the first two SOS-
numbers saved in the phone book. To make a call to phone number 1 or number 2,
press and hold button 1 or button 2 for two seconds, respectively.
Incoming calls (fig. E, F). With an incoming call, press button 4 to answer or button 3
to reject the call. To end the call, press button 3.
Emergency call (fig. E). You can save up to three emergency numbers in the app. To
start an automatic emergency call, press and hold the button 3 for 2–3 seconds. The
device will dial three numbers in turn, two times each, until one of the callers' answers.
Voice message (fig. F). To record a voice message, press and hold button 4 (the voice
is recorded while the button is pressed). Then release the button and the device will
immediately send a message to the app.
Turn off the device (fig. E). To turn off the device with a SIM card installed, press and
hold the button 3 for 20 seconds. You can also quickly turn off the device in the app.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The bracelet does not turn on. Charge the device for a few minutes. If the bracelet is
not charging, check the charger and USB cable.
Incoming/outgoing calls do not work. Check if the SIM card is properly inserted. Make
sure the device is within range of the GSM network and the PIN code request is disabled.
If the above steps do not solve the problem, contact support at canyon.eu/user-help-
desk.
SAFE USAGE PRACTICES
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself. Do not drop, throw or bend
the device. To avoid personal injury, do not use the device if it is cracked or otherwise
defective. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only after turning off the device and
disconnecting it from the power supply.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS. The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, unless
otherwise specified by local law. The service life is 2 years. Additional warranty
