PRODUCT'S PRESENTATION
This jack has been designed to lift cars and trucks. It can
also be used for other applications, provided the manufac-
turer's instructions in this manual are followed.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The maximum tour of the jack must never be excee-
ded.
2. The load to be lifted must never exceeded the rated
force of the jack.
3. Never rest the jack on a sinking surface, always on a
regular, solid and horizontal surface.
4. Before operating make sure the are no people in the
vehicle to lift. Disconnect the motor and stop comple-
tely the car. While you are using the jack do not enter
in the vehicle or start the engine.
5. Ensure that the lift point is not dirty or greasy. Any
off-center load can slip and cause accidents.
6. Make sure there are no people or obstacles under the
vehicle before lowering.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before operating the jacks, insert the notched end of
the handle into the release valve, turn the operating
handle clockwise until release valve is closed, DO
NOT over tighten the valve.
2. Insert the operating lever into the corresponding tube
and make up and down movements to lift the load.
3. Lower the jack by turning release valve. To the left with
the handle using the notched part. Warning: If the jack
is working with load, avoid a brusque descent, it could
cause an accident.
4. Lower the ram by turning the release valve. Coun-
ter-clockwise with the notched end slacken is slowly
when a load is applied or accidents occur.
5. Before operating, estimate the weight of the load; do
not overload the jack beyond its rated load.
6. Select point of action according to the to the gravita-
tion center of the jack on the hardness level ground if
is necessary; place a hard plank under the jacks so as
to avoid tottering or falling during operation.
7. When more than one jack is used at the same time, it
is important to operate the different jacks at and equal
speed with equal load. Otherwise, there is danger of
falling of the entire fixture.
8. At an ambient temperature from -5ºC to +45ºC use
machine oil (GB443-48) N15 and at an ambient tem-
perature of from -20ºC to -5ºC use synthetic spindle
oil (GB443-64). Sufficient filtered hydraulic oil should
be maintained in the jacks. Otherwise, the rated height
cannot be reached.
9. Violent shocks must be avoided during the operation.
10. User must operate correctly according to operating
instruction.
MAINTENANCE
1. Clean and baste periodically the shafts and the mo-
ving parts of the jack.
2. Only use original replacements components.
3. Before each use, check if there are components bent,
broken, cracked or free. Retire the jack if you suspect
that have been subjected to anormal loads or have
suffered a blow, until you have repaired the problem.
4. When the jack is not in use, the spindle, principal pis-
ton and the pump piston must be retracted to avoid
possible oxidation.
WARNING! Excess oil can prevent the jack from work.
