 Ensure that the Line In Cable is not connected at the bottom of the JiveBox, as it will take
priority over the iPod connector
Remote Control will not function:
 Please ensure that the battery is correctly inserted
Remote Control will not select between Albums or Playlists:
 First Select All Albums from the iPod menu
 The Album & Playlist control is compatible only with 4th Generation iPod's or newer.
