3.Insert batteries correctly, observing the polarities (+
and -) marked on batteries and on the appliance.
4.Batteries must not be short-circuited.
5.Do not charge batteries.
6.Do not forcibly discharge batteries.
7.Do not combine new and used batteries, batteries of
different types or from different manufacturers.
8.Discharged batteries must be removed from the
appliance immediately and disposed of correctly, in
accordance with current laws.
9.Do not heat batteries or expose them to heat sources.
10.Do not weld batteries directly.
11.Do not disassemble batteries.
12.Do not deform batteries.
13.Do not throw or dispose of batteries in a fire.
14.Do not place in contact with water or moisture,
especially if the battery case is damaged.
15.Do not enclose or modify batteries.
16.Store unused batteries in their original packaging
away from metal objects. If already removed from the
packaging, do not mix batteries.
17.If the appliance is not to be used for an extended
period of time, remove the batteries.
18.Clean the battery and appliance contacts before
inserting batteries.
19.In the event of battery leakage, avoid contact with
spilled material; in the event of contact, rinse the
affected area thoroughly with water and seek medical
attention.

Batteries
Base
The base is supplied with batteries included (#3 LR44 1.5V
batteries).
1 - Use a screwdriver to remove the cover screw (6) and
remove the cover (6).
2 - Remove the insulating plastic from the batteries.
3 - Close the cover (6) and fasten the screw.
