Cleaning the trimmer machine.
- Turn off the machine.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Remove the comb, you can wash it with water or shake and blow to remove all the hairs.
- If you wash it with water, let it dry well in the air or use absorbent paper.
- Never use towels or cloths to dry.
- Now clean the blade.
- Remove the cutting blade by pressing from the teeth upwards (Fig. 7).
- Rinse with not very hot water or use the cleaning brush (Fig. 8).
- Let air dry completely, do not use towels or cloths to dry.
- Reassemble the blade.
- Position the rear cutting unit by inserting the notch into the guide slot (Fig. 9).
- Push the blade until you hear a "click" (Fig. 10).
- With the blade already cleaned and assembled, grease it with the oil supplied.
- Put the comb back clean and dry.
CAUTION:
- Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Never immerse the machine in water.
- Only the blades can be washed with water once they are removed from the machine
without getting wet.
- Never clean the machine when it is running or plugged in to power.
- Do not press on the comb or on the blade on hard surfaces, as they may be damaged.
- Use a soft cloth to clean the handle, never for the blade or the comb.
Replacing the cutting blade.
- If your blades are damaged or worn, do not use the machine.
- Replace the blades immediately.
- To replace the blades, follow the same disassembly steps as the cleaning section.
