CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE
IN BROWN RANGE
This appliance has a two-year repair guarantee,
from the date of sale, against all manufacturing
malfunctions, including labor and replacement parts.
To justify the purchase date, it will be mandatory to
present the purchase invoice or receipt. This guarantee
will only be effective in Spain.
GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS
1. Remote controls.
2. Screen shocks.
3. Enamels, paints, nickel-plated, chrome, oxidations
or other types of parts that do not affect the internal
operation of the device (aesthetic parts or components).
4. Wear parts from wear, corrosion, oxidation either
caused by normal wear and tear of the apparatus or
accelerated by unsuitable environmental or climatic
circumstances, notoriously inappropriate sand and
dust. Not suitable for outdoor use.
5. Breakdowns produced as a consequence of
abnormal, negligent or inadequate use of the appliance
or by any type of external origin.
6. Civil liabilities of any nature.
7. Consequential damage to the device provided that
they were not caused by an internal malfunction.
8. Software updates or manipulation of the same.
9. Failures that accessories and accessories, adapters,
external cables, bags, loose spare parts of all kinds,
lamps, as well as any part considered consumable by
the manufacturer, may suffer.
10. Breakdowns caused by incorrect or non-legal
installation, inadequate ventilation, inappropriate
modifications or use of non-original spare parts.
11. Devices that are used in industrial applications or
for commercial purposes.
12. Devices with illegible serial number.
13. Defects or breakdowns caused as a result of
repairs, repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the
appliance installation by a technician not authorized
by the manufacturer, or as a result of manifest
breach of the manufacturer's instructions for use and
maintenance.
14. During the guarantee period it is essential to keep
all manuals together with the equipment. If any of
these are lost, their replacement cannot be claimed.
15. Failures that have their origin or are a direct
or indirect consequence of: nuclear reaction or
radiation or radioactive contamination; extraordinary
or catastrophic nature or meteorological phenomena
(floods, seismic phenomena or movements, volcanic
eruptions, hurricanes, storms), acts derived from
terrorism, riot, uproar or popular uproar, legal or
illegal protests and strikes; acts of actions by the
Armed Forces or the State Security Corps in times
of peace; armed conflicts and acts of war (declared
or not); vice or defect of the goods; events described
by the Government of the Nation as "catastrophe or
national calamity".
16. Any type of breakdown, damage or civil liability,
caused by the existence of asbestos in the insured
property.
17. Specific television conditions: The panels of our
televisions are Class I and the dead pixel policy is
governed by the regulations of the Ministry of Labor
and Social Affairs of Spain. Devices whose use
exceeds 10,000 hours during the two-year guarantee
are excluded from the guarantee. The dead or
damaged pixel policy applies during the statutory
guarantee period (two years).
