7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Unit does not work.
Unit only works for a
few minutes even after
charging.
Water pressure is very
low.
Water does not come out.
8. DISPOSAL
The rechargeable battery inside the unit is easy to remove for recycling. At the end of
the product's life and prior to disposal, please remove the rechargeable battery from the
main unit following the instructions below.
CAUTION: During the below operation, make sure to protect your eyes, hands,
fingers, and the surface on which you work. Wash your hands thoroughly after
handling a battery.

Pry out the 2 rubber feet on the bottom of the main unit (Fig. 9,

Then, use a cross-head screwdriver to remove the 2 screws revealed by turning
them anti-clockwise. Remove the bottom cap once released (Fig. 9,

Remove the water tank from the main unit. Unscrew the 2 screws beside the suction
tube and remove the cap (Fig. 10).

Pull out the circuit board and remove all the screws (Fig. 11).

Cut off the cables attached to the rechargeable battery (Fig. 12) and remove the
battery from the circuit board for safe recycling (Fig. 13).
Possible cause
The unit is new, or was
left unused for more than
3 months.
Charging time was
insufficient.
The battery has reached
the end of its life cycle.
The jet tip is clogged with
dirt.
The jet tip is deformed.
Dirt is clogging the filter
on the suction tube.
The water tank is empty.
The unit was over tilted
during use.
The unit is new, or has
been left unused for a
long period.

Solution
Charge the unit for about
16 hours.
Charge the unit for about
16 hours.
Contact service centre for
support.
Replace the jet tip.
Turn off the unit. Clean the
filter on the suction tube
with a soft toothbrush.
Fill the water tank.
Hold the unit vertically
during use.
Pull out the jet tip and
reattach it to the unit.
