INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST TIME USE
Dear Customer,
Thank you for having purchased this DIVX DVD player.
With its compact size and sober finishing, this DVD player fits easily
and perfectly into your living room or your bedroom.
Equipped with
leading-edge
media
technology,
this DVD
player
is a genuine
multimedia station: It supports JPEG image files, MP3 and WMA music
files, as well as videos recorded
in MPEG-4
formats.
Finally,
thanks to its HDMI 1080p connector, you can enjoy the best image
quality for all you DVD movies!

Remove the DVD Player from its packaging and place it on a stable
surface away from heat and humidity (see also utilisation precautions
described in more detail in the manual).
Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI connector of your HD
Ready
television.
If you
do not have
a HD
Ready
television : With the
Audio/Video cable provided connect one end of the yellow cable to
the video output (VIDEO) on the back of the DVD player (see
drawing
on
Page
1) and the other end to the video input (Video
In) of your television. Then
connect the white and red cables to
the AUDIO LEFT and AUDIO
RIGHT terminals of the DVD player -
and their other end to the audio inputs (Audio In) of your television. *
Insert two AAA
batteries
in the remote
contro! following
the +/-
polarities signs (batteries not included). Then connect the power cable
from the DVD Player to your 220V outlet.
Turn on the DVD player by pressing the
button on the front of the
unit.
The welcome screen below will then appear on the television screen.
In case it does not appear: set your television to Audio/Video input
(AV-IN) if you use the audio/video cable, or on HD or HDMI if you use
the HDMI cable.
