USB CONFERENCE SPEAKERPHONE

3- CONNECTION TO COMPUTER
1. Connect your conference speakerphone to your computer:
Connect your USB-C speakerphone to the USB-A interface of your PC. Wait about 1 minute,
the speakerphone will install automatically.
NOTE
• You can connect an active speaker to play through the 3,5mm audio output interface of this
unit, or connect a headset for private calls.
• If your computer (laptop) is equipped with a built-in speaker & microphone, you need to
change the default settings. For example, change the default speaker/microphone in the chat
software settings or disable the built-in speaker/microphone in the computer settings.
2. Getting start with audio conferencing:
To enjoy audio conferencing, you and the person you are calling must install a conference
application such as Skype TM , Yahoo! ® , @Messenger, Windows Live TM , Gmail TM
In addition to the speakerphone and the conference application, the call recipent need ;
• A computer, a speaker and a microphone (the USB conference speakerphone is already
equipped with built-in microphones & speaker);
• A high-speed internet connection (e.g. DSL, T1 or cable);
• Please consult the conditions of use for your video calling application (requirements may vary
from application to application, but in general, a minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps is required).
