Plug the 3.5 mm jack connector for the audio cable into the jack input of
your device (laptop computer, tablet, smartphone, MP3/MP4 player, etc.)

If the problem persists, take the device to your retail store's customer service department.

To get the best quality sound from the product,
place the speakers on either side of your device
(computer, smartphone, tablet, MP3/MP4
player, etc.).
Then place the speakers at an equal distance
from your listening position and turn them
towards you.
Solution
• Check that the audio source is working correctly.
• Check the 3.5 mm stereo jack cable between the audio source
and the speakers.
• Check that the speaker volume is not set to minimum.
Check the settings of your source (computer, tablet, MP3/MP4
player, etc.) by starting playback on a different audio track.
Make sure that the 3.5 mm jack cable between the audio source and
the speakers is connected properly.
