POWER INVERTER 12V 1000W MT-MX1000
OPERATION:
The converter converts 12V direct current into 230V alternating
current with modified sine. Please read the instruction manual
carefully.
BEFORE FIRST USE:
• Make sure that the AC device you want to connect to the
inverter does not consume more than 1000W of power
• The total power of devices connected to the inverter sockets
cannot exceed 1000W
• Make sure that the socket to which the device will be
connected is protected by a minimum fuse: 15 A for devices
up to 150W, 30 A for devices up to 1000W otherwise plug
device directly to car battery
• Do not start the car while devices are connected to the
inverter. To start the car, disconnect the inverter and connect
it again after starting.
• Do not block the fan and the ventilation grille, the device
must be provided with a constant air flow
• The device produces an alternating current with a modified
sine, it can be used to power devices of a resistive nature
(drills, computers, TV sets, light bulbs, power supplies,
heaters, etc.). For induction devices (microwave ovens,
refrigerators, air conditioners, central heating pumps) it is
recommended to use a full sine converter.
COMMENTS:
• Keep out of the reach of children - the device is as dangerous
as a domestic 230V socket!
• Use the device according to the instructions Do not insert any
accidental objects into the ventilation openings and slots of
the device.
• The converter works with a supply voltage of 12V
• Do not connect loads with a power greater than that of the
inverter
• Protect against moisture, do not use in flammable or
explosive areas.
• Provide air circulation through the device's ventilation
openings, 5 cm of free space is required from each of the
device housing walls
• Do not connect devices where the neutral circuit is connected
to the ground / housing
• The housing of the device may reach high temperatures
(approx. 60 °C) when operating at full load
USE:
• Start the car engine to prevent battery discharge
• Put the device plug into the 12V cigarette lighter socket
• Press the switch, the green LED indicator is ready for
operation
• Make sure that the device you are connecting consumes less
than 1000W of power
• Connect the device to a 230V socket
When the battery voltage reaches the minimum and maximum
limits, the device emits a warning signal.
When the LED indicator turns red, it means that the automatic
protection is working. The protections cut off the power in the
event of too low or too high voltage, device overload, output
short-circuit or device overheating.
SECURITY:
• Overload
Turns off the voltage automatically when the power of the
connected devices exceeds the power of the device.
• Short circuit
Turns off the voltage automatically when the device you
connect has a short circuit.
• Voltage
Turns the voltage off automatically when the supply voltage
is not within 10V-16V±0.5V
Below 10.7V, the device gives a single warning signal
Above 15V, the device gives a double warning signal
• Temperature
Turns the voltage off automatically when the temperature
inside the device exceeds 65 ° C
Exclusions in the use of the device
• Power supply for medical devices
• Power supply for precision devices such as measuring
instruments
• Power supply for circuits with phase power regulation, e.g.
heated mats, light dimmers, etc.
• The power of the connected fluorescent, energy-saving and
similar lamps must not exceed 150W
• Power supply for devices that require full sine wave power
• Powering inductive devices with high starting power
SPECIFICATION:

• Dimensions: 210x140x65.5 mm
• Weight: 1420g
• Converter quality: 85%
PROCEDURE IN CASE OF FAILURE:
1. The inverter is not working, no LEDs:
• No contact in the 12V socket / Improve socket plug operation
• No voltage in the 12V socket / Part of vehicles - cigarette
lighter in the ignition position to the cigarette lighter
• Blown fuse in 12V socket / The computer must ensure that
the socket is secured with a fuse of min. 15A and replace it
with a new one
• The inverter is not connected with the polarity / Connect to
puffs: red + 12V DC, black mass Measured at the inverter
output is too low
2. Measurement with a short multimeter:
• Measurement with a short multimeter / To measure voltage
with modified sine, you need meters with the link „True RMS"
• Defective or discharged battery / Charge the battery or run
the inverter while the engine is running. The device turns off
during operation, the red LED is on
3. The device turns off during operation, the red LED is on:
• Too high or too low voltage in the car's installation / Start the
engine or go to the diagnosis of the vehicle's electrical system
• Overheating of the inverter / It is resolved that nothing
obstructs the device's ventilation openings
• The device connected to the AC output sometimes consumes
more than 150W, and additional installations cut off the
power supply. / The power rating plate on the rating plate
may draw more power than the manufacturer in terms of
torques or during startup.
