Guarantee and service

Our guarantee is valid for five years from the date of purchase. Please keep
proof of purchase in a safe place should you wish to make a guarantee claim.
Our product was manufactured using state-of-the-art methods and subjected
to thorough quality control.

having queries or wishing to make any guarantee claim/s. The address is

Material and manufacturing faults will be remedied free of charge during the
period of guarantee validity. Defects for which the user is liable or that are
due to improper use are not covered by our guarantee. This also applies to
repairs/modifications and the like by unauthorised third parties. Should pro-
duct repair or replacement be necessary please send the original product to
the relevant service centre or directly to Meade Instruments Europe.
IMPORTANT information on product shipment/mailing: Please make
sure the product is carefully and properly packed before mailing/shipment.
Use the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your proof of
purchase (e.g. a receipt) and a brief description of the defect/s.
