Cleaning And Maintenance
If a claim is received within 1 year of receipt and
the product is found to have failed under the
warranty we shall, at our option:
1. repair the product,
2. exchange the product with a product that is
new or which has been manufactured from new or
serviceable used parts and is at least functionally
equivalent to the original product.
Please note:
Proof (both the original and any subsequent)
delivery/purchase should be provided before any
work can be carried out on your DIBEA appliance.
Without this proof, any work carried out will be
chargeable, keep your receipt or delivery note.
Any parts which are replaced by DIBEA will become
the property of DIBEA. The repair or replacement
of your DIBEA appliance under guarantee will not
extend the period of guarantee.
This warranty applies to product used for personal,
and not commercial or rental, service.
This warranty does not apply to fans or routine
maintenance components such as filters, belts, or
brushes, but if the routine maintenance components
are damaged within one year, you can contact
DIBEA for related accessories, we will offer you with
discounts.
DIBEA does not guarantee the repair or replacement
of a product where a defect is the result of: (a)
Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use
or care, misuse, neglect, carelessness or operation or
handling of the appliance which is not in accordance
with the This User Manual. (b) Use of the appliance
for anything other than normal domestic household
purposes. (c) Use of parts not assembled or installed
in accordance with the instructions of DIBEA. (d)
Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine
DIBEA components. (e) Faulty installation (except
where installed by DIBEA). (f) Repairs or alliteration
carried out by parties other than DIBEA or its
authorized agents. (g) The product is NOT used in
the same country in which it was sold.
