• Allow air compressor to build up pressure to
maximum allowable. Turn off and brush all
connections with a solution of soapy water. Check
the connections for air bubbles. Tighten the
connections where there are leaks.
• The air tank has to be replaced. DO NOT attempt
to repair the air tank.
• Clean or change.
• Set the pressure regulator to the proper value or
replace it.
• Clean or replace the air intake filter.
• Check for fluid leaks and repair them.
• Replace with larger hose or connectors.
• Tighten or change.
• Check the air requirement of the accessory. If it is
greater than the CFM or pressure supply to the air
compressor, use a larger air compressor.
• Clean or change.
• Adjust the tightening torque of the upper bolts.
• Contact Technical Support.
• Run the air compressor for a minimum of one
hour to prevent condensation build-up. Drain the
air tank after each use. Drain the air tank more
frequently in wet weather and use it with an air
line filter.
• Clean or change.
• Do not tilt the air compressor more than 10° in
any direction while it is running.
