1 Position: Apply the detector against the wall without pressing the button.
2 Calibration: Press the push button and wait for the detector to calibrate (approx. 1 second): the appli-
ance emits an audio alert and the bars disappear from the LCD screen.
3 Detection:Keeping the push button depressed, move the appliance slowly. On detection, bars appear on
the screen. The appliance emits an audio alert at maximum detection. The type(s) of material detected
are displayed at the bottom of the screen:
Metal: metal.

Note : The stud detector have only one metal function. It cannot make the difference between cooper and
steel bar.
Waste disposal
The measurers and their accessories and packaging must each comply with a suitable recycling channel.
Do not dispose of the measurers and accumulators/batteries in the household waste!
