INSTRUCTIONS BY AND FOR YOUR SAFETY
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the voltage of your home.
- Place the appliance on a flat and level surface.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors. Do not use near of water.
- Never submerge the central unit in water and never under the tap.
- Do not let water or other liquid enter the appliance, to avoid electric shock.
- Do not use the appliance in bathtubs, showers or tanks full of water.
- Poner siempre los ingredientes a freír en el cesto, nunca fuera del cesto.
- Do not cover the appliance while it is in operation.
- Never add oil and never cook with oil in this appliance, it may cause a fire.
- Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is in operation.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, the power cable or the appliance itself are damaged.
- Periodically check that the cable and plug are not damaged.
- If the cable, plug or other part is damaged, it must be repaired by your technical service.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and by people with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge,
if they have been given appropriate supervision or instruction regarding the use of the appliance
in a safely and understand the dangers involved.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- The cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be carried out by children.
- Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children when the appliance
is on or is cooling down.
- Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
- Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
- Only connect the appliance to an earthed socket. always make sure that the plug is correctly
inserted into the socket.
- Never connect this appliance to an external timer.
- Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as tablecloths or curtains.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10 cm of
free space on the back and sides and 10 cm free space above the appliance.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than that described in this manual.
- Do not let the appliance run unattended.
- During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the outlet openings of the
air. Keep hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from openings of
air leak. Also be careful of hot steam and hot air when removing the
frying tray of the appliance.
- The surface under the appliance may become hot during use.
- Immediately unplug the appliance if you notice dark smoke coming from the appliance.
Wait for the smoke emission to stop before removing the frying pan from the appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance when cooking is finished and you are not using it.
- Let the appliance cool down 30 minutes after use, before cleaning and storing.
