Inspection
The power is not
connected properly.
The motor is overheated
or overloaded, causing
motor stalling.
Check whether the hose
is blocked or cracked.
The joint between the
hose and air pump or air
bag is not installed
properly.
Forced shutdown when
the temperature has
reached 100.
Shutdown protection
without increasing air
pressure.
Voltage ≤ 8V
If the voltage returns to
10.5V, it will release
voltage protection state
automatically.
Voltage ≥ 15V
If the voltage returns to
14.5V, it will release
voltage protection state
automatically.
Forced shutdown when
the temperature has
reached 85°C,. When it
drops to 60°C, it will
work again
automatically.
Pressure protection
make the pump stop, and
LCD screen displays
PPPP and flashes. Press
any key to exit this state.
Solution
Make sure that the power cord is plugged into a 12V DC
electric outlet.
Allow the motor to cool before restarting.
Make sure the hose is not blocked, and check whether
the hose is cracked.
Reinstall the hose.
Allow the motor to cool before restarting.
Check for air leaks.
The voltage of power supply is low.
The power supply is insufficient and the line has limited
current.
