WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers,
basins, or other vessels containing water.
WARNING: This appliance contains a UV emitter. Do not stare at the light.
WARNING: Ultraviolet radiation from UV appliances can cause skin or eye
damage.

Use this appliance only as described in this manual. Any other use not
recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to
persons.
•
This product is for use on the hands and feet only. Do not use this appliance
anywhere else on the body.
•
Never leave the appliance unattended when plugged in.
•
The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
•
Children must be supervised not to play with the appliance.
•
Keep out of reach of children.
•
Non-users, especially children, must not be present when the appliance is being
operated.
•
This is a UV appliance and must not to be used by children and young
adolescents.
•
Ultraviolet radiation from the sun or UV appliance can cause skin or eye
damage, depend upon the quality and quantity. The skin may develop sunburn
after overexposure to UV radiation. The unprotected eye may develop surface
inflammation and in some cases, damage may occur to the retina after excessive
exposure.
•
In cases of pronounced individual sensitivity or allergic reaction to ultraviolet
radiation, medical advice is recommended before starting exposure.
•
If unexpected side effects, such as itching, occur within 48h of the first session
of using the UV appliance, medical advice should be sought prior to further UV
exposure.
•
If skin reddening (erythema) is visible approximately 16h to 24 h after any UV
exposure, further UV exposure should cease. After one week, exposures may be
restarted from the beginning of the schedule of exposure.
•
Protect sensitive parts of the skin, such as scars, tattoos, moles or freckles from
UV exposure.
•
The appliance must not be used if the timer is faulty or the filter is broken or
removed.
•
The UV emitter bulbs must only be replaced by the types marked on the

Do not use this product if there is any visible damage to the unit including cord,
plug or unit itself.
•
Never operate the appliance if it has been submerged or exposed to water or
moisture.
•
Never use this appliance where aerosol is being used or oxygen administered.
•
Ensure that appliance is always clean from dirt and debris.
•
Prior to cleaning or other maintenance, the appliance must be disconnected from
the power supply.
•
This appliance is intended for indoor household use and similar applications. Do
not use outdoors.
•
Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
•
Do not kink or wrap the power cord and plug around the appliance, as this may
cause the insulation to weaken or split, particularly where it enters the appliance.
•
Do not pull on the mains cable. Never move, carry or hang the appliance by the
mains cable.
•
Do not use any abrasive cleaners or solvents, as this will damage the appliance.
•
Avoid placing the power cord in areas where it can become a tripping hazard.
•
Avoid overexposure to UV radiation. Product misuse can lead to overexposure.
•
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•
Ensure that the mains supply (including voltage, frequency and power) complies
with the rating label of the appliance.
•
Allow a minimum of 48 hours between the first two exposures; it is recommended
not to exceed 5 exposures per year.
•
Avoid exposure to sunlight on the same day as using the appliance.
•
Follow the recommendations concerning the length, exposure intervals and
operating distances from the UV emitter.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please remember this is a UV lamp and requires gel or shellac to work. This
nail lamp will not dry regular nail varnish.
Prior to use, remove blue protective film from reflective hand tray.
1. Insert UV Bulbs
WARNING: Always turn the appliance OFF, unplug the power cord from the
electrical outlet before handling or performing maintenance procedures.
CAUTION: The bulbs are made of glass. Handle with care. To avoid injury
always hold the metal base and not the glass.
Firmly push each of the 4 bulbs into a free slot until it snaps into place. Failing
to insert bulbs correctly will prevent the unit from working properly.
