OPERATION
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of injury from unexpected tool move-
ment, check to make sure the product does not rock,
slide or move prior to use.
WARNING:
Do not direct the light beam at persons or animals and
do not stare into the light beam yourself (not even from
a distance). Staring into the light beam may result in
serious injury or vision loss.
WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with tools to make you care-
less. Remember that a careless fraction of a second is
sufficient to inflict serious injury.
WARNING:
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this tool. The use
of attachments or accessories not recommended can
result in serious personal injury.
APPLICATIONS
You may use this tool for the purpose listed below:
 General illumination of most work area spaces.

WARNING:

accessories or attachments not recommended for use

is misuse and could result in a hazardous condition
leading to possible serious personal injury.
NOTICE:
This product is designed to be powered by either a Hart
20V battery pack (DC mode) or by electric power (AC
mode). Either power source can be used by installing an
approved battery pack or power cord into the product
as described in this manual.
SET UP
See Figures 1 - 5, pages 9 - 10.
NOTE: The product is shipped with the extension tubes
and legs retracted and the LED light head tilted up. Follow
the instructions below to raise the product to the operating
position.
 Press the release button located on the bottom of the
lower tube and rotate the legs down until they lock in
place.
 Rotate the bottom two legs clockwise until they're
properly positioned.
 Turn the collar counterclockwise to loosen. Raise the up-
per tube until the light head reaches the desired height.
Turn the lock collar clockwise to tighten and lock upper
tube into place.
 Adjust the light head to the desired position.
 To lower the product, reverse the steps listed above.
