TROUBLESHOOTING
Do not operate the steam cleaner with a damaged cord, plug or if the steam cleaner has been dropped or damaged. To avoid risk of electric
shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit on your own. Return the unit to Dupray for examination, repair or replacement.
All service is to be performed by authorized professionals of Dupray service centers.
PROBLEM
No steam is released through the hose and
accessories.
Drops of water leak from the attachments.
Dirty water is coming out.
Not enough steam pressure.
Pump is not stopping (humming noise).
POSSIBLE CAUSE
A.
Steam cleaner is not turned on.
B.
Water reservoir is empty
C.
Unit is not plugged in.
D.
Boiler is not fully heated.
E.
The hose is not properly connected.
A.
Unit is not fully heated.
B.
Condensation was created from non-use.
C.
O-rings need to be replaced.
A.
Scale may have built up.
A.
The dial on the handle may be set
too low.
B.
Scale may have built up.
A.
An air bubble may be in the pump.
B.
Water tank is empty.
REMEDY
A.
Follow the instructions on page 08.
Add 2.44L (0.64gal) of water to the reservoir

Plug unit into outlet.
D.
Wait for the SteamReady™ indicator (7)
to turn on.
E.
Make sure you push the hose all the way in
the connection outlet (3) and insert
the locking pin in place.

Wait for the SteamReady™ indicator (7)
to turn on.

Let water run through system until steam
comes out.
C.
Replace O-rings.

Follow maintenance instructions

Turn the steam pressure regulator wheel until
the desired pressure is reached.

Press the steam release trigger on the
steam handle. Hold for a few seconds untill
the pump is primed.
