into contact with such. Do not use the device with wet or moist hands .

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS APPLIANCE
ො Always watch the unit while it is being used. Very dry bread can start to burn when
being toasted.
ො The metal parts on the top of the toaster will be heati ng up. RISK OF BURNS!
ො When using the unit for the fi rst ti me, there will be slightly smoke and smell come out,
they are from the heati ng elements and they are harmless. This will disappear a� er
5-10mins of toasti ng.
ො Do not set up the unit next to infl ammable objects (e.g. curtains, wood, etc.).
2. HOW TO USE
OPERATION
1. Only connect the unit to a properly installed and earthed power socket.
2. To set the toasti ng level turn the selector clockwise from the lightest se� ng (1) to
the maximum se� ng (7). If you are not sure, start with a lower se� ng. The most
used se� ng is between 4 and 5 levels.
3. Insert one slice of bread per toasti ng slot and lower the slot with the lever unti l it
snaps into place.
4. The unit starts to toast and switches off automati cally at the end. The slices pop-up
automati cally.
