CHARCOAL LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. With a cold grill, remove the cooking grates.
2. Place charcoal tray on top of the three middle heat tents.
3. Place a single layer of charcoal in tray, 3 lbs. maximum (approximately 60 briquettes).
4. Replace cooking grates.
5. With lid open, ignite the 3 main burners under the charcoal tray using the "Gas Lighting Instructions" .
6. Operate the three gas burners on High for 15 minutes with lid open.
7. Turn control knobs to Off.
Note:
When the charcoal tray is not in use, it can be stored underneath the grill and hung on the right
side cart assembly.
