Cut and remove this wire tie.
STEP 3

Discard this wire.
STEP 2
Disconnect wire from motor and here.

STEP 4
Install thermostat with hardware (provided).
STEP 5
Connect new black wire (provided) to motor
and secure with new wire tie (provided).
