ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there:
The assistance of a second person is
required for assembling this machine.

1.- Attach the bottom support tubes (2)
to the connecting tube (1), fit the bolts
(12), the washers (15) and the nuts
(19), Fig.1.
2.- Attach the dumbbell support rack (4)
to the lower frame (1) using the screws
(11) the washers (14), (16) and the bolts
(13), the washers (15) and the nuts (19),
Fig.2.
3.- Attach the barbell support (3) to the
support rack (4) using the screws (11)
and the washers (14), (15), Fig.3.
