Cleaning the blade
Move the switch to the OFF position.
@ Removing the Blade
1. Slide the blade lock in the direc-
tion indicated below.

2. Remove the blade by pulling it in
the direction indicated below.

Clean the inside of the blade.

e Do not use water to clean, as this
will damage the unit.
E Installing the Blade
1. Align the hole in the blade with the
projection at the end of the holder.
2. Slide the blade lock in the direc-

tion indicated below.

The button is easier to slide if you
use your fingernail.
Cautions
When cleaning the outside of the unit,
use a dry cloth or a cloth moistened
in liquid soap to wipe dirt. Never use
thinner, benzene or alcohol.
The micro fine trimmer is very thin.
If handled roughly, it can be dam-
aged and cause skin injury.
If you have sensitive skin, use care
when trimming the sensitive areas
around the mouth and eyebrows.
When the trimmer begins losing
power, replace the battery. The bat-
tery may
leak if not replaced
promptly when it reaches the end of
its life span.
