PARTS OF THE TRICYCLE
Before assembly of the tricycle, take all the parts out of the packing and check if all of the bellow listed are present. Keep the
packages until you finish the assembly completely. SEE FIGURES PD-A and PD-B: 1.Canopy – 1 pc; 2.Seat – 1 pc; 3. .
Parent control handle – 1 pc; 4. Frame of the tricycle – 1pc;; 5. Rear wheels – 2 pcs; 6. Front wheel – 1 pc; 7.Pedals – 2 pcs;
8. Safety board (front bumper) – 2 parts; 9. Front basket - 1pc; 10. Handlebar – 1 pc; 11. Rear Basket - 1 pc; 12. Handlebar
– 2pcs.
ASSEMBLY STEPS
1.Step 1 - See Figure 1: Thread the axles of the rear wheels in the corresponding openings in the rear part of the frame of
the tricycle. Press forward carefully.You should hear a click sound showing that the wheels are fixed to the frame.
2.Step 2 - See Figures 2,3 and 4: Attach the pedals on both sides of the front wheel. Take the front fork with the wheel
fitted to it and get it through the hole in the front of the frame. Put the handlebar on top of the front fork and push down. You
will hear a click sound showing the successful fix of the two parts to each other. Rotate the handlebar to the left and right to
check if the assembly is successful.
3.Step 3 - See Figure 5: Attach the front basket to the front frame of the tricycle.
4. Step 4 - See Figures 6,7,8 and 9: Unscrew the 4 screws of the seat unit and place the seat on the base for it situated on
the tricycle's frame. Fix the seat unit to the base using the four screws.
5.Step 5 - See Figures 10 and 11: Fix both of the parts of the safety board to the supports on each side of the seat. Slide
one of the parts of the safety board through the opening of the crotch part of the soft seat. After that the parts of the safety
board to each other.
6.Step 6 - See Figure 12: Attach the canopy on the seat brackets showing on either side of the seat.
7.Step 7 - See Figures 13 and 14: Attach the rear basket to the rear frame of the tricycle. Attach the parent control handle
to the bottom opening in the rear part of the frame. Press the red button on the handle and lift it up to the desired position in
height. Release the button. The handle is locked at the desired height.
PRODUCT FUNCTIONS
1.Seat: To turn the seat so that the child faces the parents or the road, carefully press the button in the bottom of the seat
towards you and rotate the seat in the desired position. Release the button.
2.Backrest: The backrest can be adjusted to several positions using the button at the back. Lift it up slightly and at the same
time place the backrest in the desired position. Release the button to lock the seat.
3.Footrests: Detach the pedals from the front wheel and install them in the holders located in the mid-frame. This way you
can use them as footrests for toddlers.
4.Folding the tricycle – Figures FOL 1 and FOL 2: Fold the handlebar by picking up the button in the middle of the
handlebar and simultaneously tilting it back towards the seat. Press the button on the safety board and unlock the two parts
(rails). Pull one safety board rail out of the seat belt. Lift the button on the backrest and bend it forward so that it rests as
tightly as possible against the tricycle frame. Reconnect the two parts of the safety board above the seat back. Remove the
parental control handle from the frame and detach the rear basket. Press the red button at the back of the frame and
reposition the rear of the frame towards the front. This makes the tricycle quite compact and easy to store once you get
home from a ride.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
1. Cleaning:
•Clean with soft dry cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning detergents - alcohol or bleach – based ones, or such, containing
abrasive particles.
•Do not spray water or other liquids directly on the tricycle during play or cleaning. This way you will avoid the risk of damage
of the tricycle due to rush on the metal parts and disturbance in the stability of the connections.
•Clean the tires regularly from sand or dust.
•Keep the tricycle clean.
2. Maintenance and storage:
A. Before each use of the tricycle, check carefully the working order of all parts and connections:
-The screws must be tightened well;
-The wheels and handlebar must be strong and fixed stably;
-The wheels must move freely.
B.You must not use the tricycle if you find that there are any loose, worn or damaged parts.
C.The long use of the product may lead to loosening of the screws and nuts. Please, make sure that all nuts and screws are
tightened well, in order to protect the child from injury.
D.Warning! DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, in order to avoid breaking of the parts.
E.Exposing the product to direct sunlight may lead to discoloration or fading of the color.
F.Store the tricycle at a cool and dry place, when you are not using it.
G.Store the product away from direct sunlight and sources of heat – open fire, heaters or cookers.
H.Check the product regularly before and after each use for malfunctions, cracks, broken or missing parts. Stop using it if
you find any damage until it is removed. For this purpose, contact the person you bought the product from, or the importer!
