OPERATION
Opens and closes automatically when hands are detected.
The electronic soap dispenser is compatible with:
• Vegetable-based liquid soap with a maximum viscosity of 3,000 mPa.s.
• Dedicated foam soap: cf. INSTALLATION > Section 2: Switch to foam soap mode.
• Hydroalcoholic gel.
On compatible models our mechanisms work with World Health Organistion (WHO) recommended hydroalcoholic solutions composed of the following:
ethanol, 3% hydrogen peroxide, glycerol, purified water. Any other additives can cause the pump to malfunction, requiring more frequent maintenance.
ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
• Mains electrical supply with transformer 100-240V / 6V 50-60Hz class II SELV (without earth connection).
• The installation must comply with current regulations in your country.
• If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the installer.
• Make sure the cables are secured in place by clamps or a rigid sheath.
INSTALLATION
Section 1: installing and priming the pump (pages 10 - 11).
To prevent interference from infrared rays, do not install a reflective object in the sensor's detection zone.
Once the soap container and supporting bracket b (Fig. A) have been removed, fill the soap container. Press the button c (Fig. G):
• If the soap comes out of the spout in less than 10 seconds, release the button c (Fig. G) to stop it priming.
• If the soap does not come out of the spout after 10 seconds of pressing the button, release the button c (Fig. G). Priming will continue. Once the soap
comes out of the spout, press the button c (fig. G) again or wave a hand in front of the sensor to stop it priming.
Stick the "soap" pictogram onto the mirror to indicate the location of the soap dispenser (Fig. J & K).
Section 2: Switch to foam soap (pages 12 - 13).
• Remove the jumper located inside the housing cover (Fig. M) and place it on the pins in the box using a pair of pliers (Fig. N)
• Insert the filter e into the dispenser d (Fig. P - S).
Prime the pump (cf. Section 1). Only use dedicated foam soap.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
• The choice of screws and rawl plugs should be suitable for wall-mounted installation and should be reinforced if necessary.
• Cleaning chrome, aluminium and stainless steel: do not use abrasive, chlorine or any other acid-based cleaning products. Clean with mild soapy
water using a cloth or a sponge.
