INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Special safety instructions
Always use cargo straps or wheel clamp to secure
items to the lift.
Avoid loading the lift beyond its max. capacity.
Use only on hard, level surfaces.
Lower the item to the lowest possible point before
moving the lift.
Always store the lift in its fully lowered position
when not in use.
Always keep the safety bolt in place when the lift
is raised, to avoid lowering it accidentally.
Positioning
Position the lift on a hard, level surface and adjust
the feet (12) until it is stable.
Use
Lower the lift table (3) to its lowest position by
opening the release valve (11).
Run item to be lifted onto table via the ramp (5)
and secure in place. Mopeds, motorbikes etc can
be secured by clamping the front wheel into the
wheel clamp (2). Always use the item's own stand
if it has one.
Remove ramp if necessary. Close release valve and
raise lift table by pumping foot pedal (14) until
table reaches full elevation.
ENGLISH
Insert safety bolt (13) into desired holes on
support (6) and open release valve. Lift table will
drop until it rests on safety bolt.
Remove removable panel (4) if required to
facilitate access to underside of item.
Lower lift table by first raising to max. elevation
using foot pedal, and then removing safety bolt.
Check nothing can be trapped under lift table and
lower to lowest position by opening release valve.
Replace ramp if detached, and roll item off lift
table.
Lowering speed can be adjusted using the adjuster
nut (9) on the release valve. Never allow lift table
to lower too fast!
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe off with a damp cloth. Lubricate moving
parts with oil.
Change hydraulic cylinder (8) oil if lift loses lifting
power or fails to lower correctly. Contact an
authorised service centre for servicing and repairs.
