CONNECTED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
This Connected Equipment Warranty is a Limited Warranty, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth herein. Hampton or its representative will repair or replace, at
its option, any connected equipment which is damaged by a transient voltage surge or spike (including lightning strike) (an "Occurrence"), while properly connected through
a Brink's Timer with Surge Protection to a properly wired AC power line with protective ground. Hampton or its representative will spend, to repair or replace the damaged

must purchase a new unit to replace the damaged unit. Therefore, the obligation of Hampton to pay or reimburse you for the cost to repair or replace electronic equipment
is limited to connected electronic equipment only. No surge protector will protect against a direct lightning strike thus voiding all warranties.
The fair market value of the equipment shall be the current value of the equipment as determined by Hampton or its representative.

equipment, and the site where the damage occurred. All costs of shipping the Timer with Surge Protection and the damaged equipment to Hampton or its representative
