TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

The registered phones received

Both registered phones have
been lost and I need to register
my new phone to the SMS
Energizer Controller.
T appears next to the Energizer

EN:ERROR is displayed and
energizer has stopped.
Cause
Ba ery power for a zone
is low.
In Example 1, Zone 1 has
no current alarm, but does
have a voltage and low
ba ery alarm.
Zone has a mains power
failure (Alarm Systems only)
and is now opera ng on
back-up ba ery.
Energizer has lost
communica on with the
zone/s
Two phones are already
registered to your SMS
Energizer Controller.
High temperature alarm.
Internal fault or mains
supply out of range.
Solu on
Replace ba ery
Check mains power supply
Check that the zone device
is connected and working
correctly
You will need to de-register
one of the two phones.
Refer to Advanced Ac ons
p. 11.
You need to reset the
SMS Energizer Controller,
by fi rst turning the SMS
Energizer Controller OFF.
Then perform an ON/OFF
within one second three
mes un l the LED shows
RED before the normal
start up sequence.
Improve ven la on around
the Enegizer to allow it to
cool.
Return to Service Centre if
error persists.
