Intended use
This product is a toaster with 7 browning settings and a bread
heating bracket.
The Nedis is a toaster with 7 browning settings and a bread heating
bracket.
The product is intended for indoor use only.
This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done
by children without supervision.
This product is not intended to be operated by means of an external
timer or a separate remote control system.
The product is not intended for professional use.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety,
warranty and proper functioning.

a damaged or defective product immediately.
• Do not let the power cable hang over the edge of a table or
counter, or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not let children play with the packaging material. Always keep
the packaging material out of the reach of children.
• Unplug the product from the power source before service and
when replacing parts.
• Always place the product on a flat, stable and heat resistant
surface to prevent damage to the surroundings of the product.

• Plug the product in a grounded power outlet.
• Ensure the power cable is not damaged when placing or
installing the product.
• Always keep the power cable and the product away from usual
walkways.
• Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.
• Keep the product at a distance from flammable objects such as
furniture, curtains and similar.
• Always check that the voltage of the product corresponds to the
mains voltage.
• Never use the product with an external timer switch or remote
control.
• Do not remove food while the product is operating.
• Do not insert oversized food, metal foil packages, or utensils into
the product, as this may result in fire, electric shock, or injury to
persons.
• Do not touch the surface of this product during use. The product
may get hot during use.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the product.
• Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents when cleaning
the product.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children
without supervision.
• Any use of not recommended attachment or accessory may
cause injury to persons, or damage.
• Keep the product and power cable out of reach of children under
8 years of age.
• Do not unplug the product by pulling on the cable. Always grasp
the plug and pull.
Before first use
Before first use, perform at least one heating cycle while the product
is empty.
When the product heats up for the first time, it may emit slight

smoke or odour. This is normal and does not affect the safety of
the product.
After this cycle, the product is ready for use with bread.
