Scope of Application
- This dust collector is designed to collect wooden chips and saw dust.
- Do not use to collect paint spray mist or other explosive media such as combustable gases or dusts.
- This dust collector is not approved for collecting chips and saw dust in commercial or professional use. Non-
commercial use if this dust collector is not used by an employee, a person in vocational training, in schools, for
homework, or by other persons under employment.
- The collection bag should be cleaned as required, but at least after every use of the machine.
- With every change of the collection bag the filter bag should be cleaned.
- Do not collect from woodworking machines having active ignition sources not totally excluded.
User Responsibility
This machine will perform in conformity with the description contained in the instructions provided. This machine
must be checked periodically. Defective equipment (including power cables) should not be used. Parts that are
broken, missing, obviously worn, distorted or contaminated, should be replaced immediately. Should such repair
or replacement become necessary, it is recommended that such repairs are carried out by qualified persons
approved by Elektra Beckum or its representatives.
This machine or any of its parts should not be altered or changed from standard specifications. The user of this
machine shall have the sole responsibility for any malfunction which results from improper use or unauthorized
modification from standard specifications, faulty maintenance, damage or improper repair by anyone other than
qualified person approved by Elektra Beckum or its representatives.
Elektra Beckum reserves the right to change specifications and design without prior notice and without incurring
obligation of any kind. Equipment referred to as available or optional may be at extra cost.

Assembly
- Place bottom panel with preinstalled casters on a level surface.
- Attach the side panels to the bottom panels with hexagon head screws M 8x16, washers A 8.4, spring washers
B 8.4 and hexagon nuts M 8. At this stage tighten finger-tight only.
- Install spacer panel between the side panels, with hexagon head screws M 6x8 and hexagon nuts M 8.
- Install the impeller housing on top of the side panels with washers A 8.4 and hexagon nuts M 8, then tighten all
screw joints.
- Place the dust bag holder into the hole provided in the upper exhaust opening of the impeller housing.
- Place the dust bag over the holder and secure to the exhaust opening with a tightening strap.
- Install the chip collection bag to the lower exhaust opening with a tightening strap.
- Slide the spiral suction hose onto the suction port of the impeller housing and secure with a hose clamp.
Install the sleeve with a hose clamp on the other end of the suction hose.
