NOTE:
Although the images only show the LP001
model, they also represent the LP002 model.
The only differences between LP001 and
LP002 are the attenuation scales and the
input maximum power and voltage.
1. Remove the limiter's cover.
2. Unscrew the locknuts and the nuts of the loose
cable glands.
3. At the input and output from one channel (L or R),
insert the cable glands.
4. Run the system amplifier's output cable, through
the corresponding cable gland input.
5. Tighten the cable wires onto
channel connector (black wire (
6. Tighten the locknut of the cable gland .
Repeat the same procedure for the input of the other
channel)
7. Run the loudspeaker input cable, through the cor-
responding cable gland input.
8. Tighten the cable wires onto
channel connector (observing the polarity).
9. Tighten the locknut of the cable gland .
(Repeat the same procedure for the output)
10.Place the sound level meter at the specified dis-
tance from the loudspeaker that corresponds to the
channel for which the settings are to be adjusted.
11.Play pink noise to the maximum, using the most
powerful signal input.
12.Adjust the attenuation range (selector
complete the fine-tuning attenuation
(potentiometer ) until the speaker generates the
maximum permitted sound level.
(Repeat the same process with the other channel)
13.Close the cover with the screws and seal.
