7 – Installation and setting
Insert abrasive paper (fig. 3)
Loosen abrasive paper holder (5) and
lay the abrasive paper tightly over the
grinding plate (6), where it is to be
ensured that the perforations in the
plate and paper (4) correspond. Fold
over any protruding paper and clamp
securely with the abrasive paper
holders.

9 – Mode of operation
Grinding
Switch on machine and suction-exhaust
unit. Guide the grinding surface with
slight elliptical movements over the
object being ground. Do not apply any
additional pressure, the dead weight of
the machine suffices! Carry out several
grinding operations with increasingly
finer granulations.
