1.
To raise the
presser foot, ensure
the machine is set to
"0" and then lightly
step back on the
pedal. For lowering
the presser foot,
set the machine to
"1" and repeat the
back-stepping action
on the pedal.
2.
The press-
er foot will remain
raised until you ei-
ther step forward on
the pedal or until the
pre-set protection
time has elapsed.
After this, the motor
will stop and the
presser foot will au-
tomatically lower.
