Thank you for choosing Aqua Master Tools' Handheld
Substrate Meter H600 Pro.
The Handheld Substrate Meter H600 Pro is the ultimate tool
for measuring pH, EC, PPM, TDS, and temperature in soft, moist
substrates or liquids. Its user-friendly buttons make it easy to switch
between parameters. The meter also features a calibration indicator
to remind the user when calibration is needed. It comes with a sturdy
carrying case for added convenience and safe transportation.
Operation and use
Watch the How-to videos at Aqua Master Tools' website.
1. Check if the meter is equipped with one 9 Volt battery.
2. Connect the pH and EC electrodes to the instrument.
3. Remove the pH electrodes' protective cap.
4. Press the on/off button to turn on the meter.
5. Place the electrodes in de (soft) substrate (make sure the substrate
is well wet/damp, otherwise the meter will not work properly) or
liquid to be measured.
6. Press the Temp button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
7. Press the MODE button to cycle through measurements of pH, EC,
TDS and PPM.
8. Press the HOLD button to save the measurement. Do not forget to
press the HOLD button again when the meter is used once more.
9. Turn off the meter after use.
10. Rinse the pH and EC electrodes using tap water to minimise
contamination.
11. Gently dry the electrodes.
12. Fill the pH electrode's protective cap with storage solution and
replace it.
