3. Heating Plate: Grains of rice or other kind of meal may be placed on heating plate. You
have to remove it to avoid uneven cooking. If it is necessary use a knife or similar
instrument to remove it. Afterwards, steel wood can be used to smooth out and polish
the area to insure good contact between heater plate and bottom of pot.
4. Improper cleaning can cause unpleasant odours.
5. Any residue of vinegar or salt may cause pot finish to corrode.
