DIRECTIONS FOR USE
HOW TO USE YOUR SUP
WARNING : Always wear a safety leash attached to you and your board.
Walk out into the water holding the SUP by the handle, until you are about mid-thigh deep. Climb onto the
SUP in a kneeling position (easier than standing), holding the paddle in one hand (this will prevent from
bending down to pick it up).
Position your feet on either side of the handle with the distance that you are most comfortable with and
slightly bend your legs for balance.
To paddle, place one hand on top of the paddle and the other on the top third of the paddle: If the right hand
is on top then the paddle stroke should be on the left side and if the left hand is on top of the paddle then
the stroke should be on the right side.
To be as efficient as possible, paddle with the blade close to the SUP and reach far forward on every stroke.
Once the paddle reaches your ankles, pull the paddle out of the water and reach as far forward as possible
for your next stroke.
