Troubleshooting
Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below. If
the problem persists, contact customer service.
Note: Any electrical repairs to this product must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Please con-
tact the Technical Support Center if you have any questions before performing any of the following
before performing any of the above steps. Always disconnect the unit from the power supply when ope-
ning the unit.
DESCRIPTION
The device does not work
The device does not dehumidify.
No air outlet
The unit is noisy
Water is leaking
Evaporator is frozen
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Is the power plug connected?
Is the water tank full and is it in the
correct position?
The ambient temperature is too high
or too low.
Operating temperature or humidity is
too low.
Are the air outlets or inlets blocked?
Is the filter blocked?
The device is tilted or on an unstable
surface.
Is the air filter blocked?
There is a gurgling sound of water.
Drainage pipe is not connected pro-
perly.
Pipe is blocked.
The ambient temperature is too low.
The device is in defrost mode.

SOLUTION
Connect the unit to the power socket.
Empty the water tank and put it back
into the unit.
The temperature range for use is
5-35ºC.
In the dry season, the dehumidifying
effect will not be so obvious.
Unblock air inlets and outlets or clean
them.
Clean the filters.
Place the device on a stable and flat
place.
Clean the filters.
This is not a defect. Refrigerant is flowing
inside the device.
Check the drain pipe.
Remove any debris that may be bloc-
king the drain pipe.
The device has an automatic defrosting
function. After defrosting, the device
shall operate
