3.2. FITTING AND RELEASING THE ISOFIX CONNECTORS
3.3. ISOFIX CAR SEAT + ADULT SEAT BELT INSTALLATION METHODS
WARNING!
The seat belt must not become entangled, twisted or jammed in the car door or other vehicle
parts.
To secure the child car seat to the seat, attach the child car
seat handle to the car seat handle until you hear a click.
Make sure it is securely in place.
To remove the ISOFIX connector, press and hold the ISOFIX
release button and detach the seat from the car seat.
1. Attach the ISOFIX system to the child car seat as explained
in the previous point. The ISOFIX connector is optional, you
can ignore this step if you do not wish to use it.
2. Place the child car seat on the car seat, push the child car
seat firmly against the backrest of the car seat.
3. Let the child sit in the seat.
4. Pull the car seat belt, route the lap belt through the armrest
and then across the child's hips, route the shoulder belt
across the child's chest, then route the lap belt and shoulder
belt together on the other side of the belt guide and buckle
it. Tighten the lap belt and shoulder belt.
