Your ATARI TRAK-BALL
Congratulations on your purchase
of the ATARI TRAK-BALL controller!
The TRAK-BALL controller offers
dual fire buttons and 360
degrees of precision control for
lightning-fast action and instant
starts and stops. And you can use
your TRAK-BALL with the ATARI
Video Computer System™ or with
any ATARI Home Computer for all
Joystick-compatible games.
To set up the TRAK-BALL, simply
plug the controller into jack 1. For
two-player games, plug a second
controller into jack 2. Set the TB/JS
switch to JS. With certain ATARI
games, you may also set this
switch to TB. In this setting, your
player will move at a speed pro-
portional to that of the controller
ball.
Note: When playing MISSILE COM-
MAND™
on your ATARI Computer,
you may set the TB/JS switch to TB,
but you must type (CONTROL) T
on your keyboard before starting
the game. If you have any prob-
lems controlling the Cursor, press
(RESET) and try again. Also please
note that you cannot skip waves
when playing MISSILE COMMAND
with the TRAK-BALL set to TB.
